City of Cumberland Holiday Trash/Recycling Collection Schedule
There will be no trash or recycling collection on the following date:
Thursday, November 24 - Thanksgiving Day
This is a reminder to all City of Cumberland residents that on November 24, 2022 there will be no garbage or recycling collection for the Thursday route in observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday. If you are on the affected Thursday route, your collections will resume the following Monday:
Mondays (your first trash day of each week) – Co-mingled Containers recycling collection
Thursdays - EXCEPT for November 24 - (your second trash day of each week) – Mixed Paper recycling collection
All other collection days/routes remain on the regular schedule. Any questions please call 301-759-6604.
Other upcoming dates affected by the Holiday Schedule:
Christmas Day & New Year's Day fall on Sundays this year; therefor, there are no interruptions in trash collection due to these holidays.
