The Municipal Planning Commission will meet and hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 4:30 PM in the Mayor and Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor of City Hall.
The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to review, discuss, and hear public comment on Zoning Text Amendment 22-02, a petition to rezone property at Seton Drive & Pinecrest Drive from the current zoning R-S (Suburban Residential) to B-L (Local Business) to construct an office building designed to house the counseling facilities to be operated by the contract purchaser.
A copy of the application and staff report is on file and available for public inspection at the City of Cumberland Department of Community Development, located in the lower level of City Hall at 57 N.
