The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will convene in public session on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of City Hall and will immediately close the meeting to discuss the potential acquisition of real property and matters related to the title of the property, and to receive the advice of the City Solicitor in regard to those matters. Authority to close the session is provided by Section 3-305 (b) (3) and (7) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
The Mayor and City Council will reconvene in a work session at 5:45 p.m. followed by a public meeting at 6:15 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
