Following the Work Session and beginning at 5:15 p.m., a Closed Meeting will be held to discuss a personnel matter regarding the appointment of an interim City Administrator and the appointment of a new City Administrator. Authority to close this session is provided by Section 3-305(b)(1) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
