Beginning at 4:30 PM on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, the Mayor and Council of Cumberland will convene in public session in the City Hall Council Chambers for the purpose of closing the meeting to discuss with staff and the City Solicitor the viability of a potential claim against the City regarding a real property related code compliance issue, and to receive legal advice from the City Solicitor regarding the same issue. Authority to close this meeting is provided by the Sections 3-305 (b) (7) and (8) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
