PUBLIC NOTICE:
The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will hold a work session on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, beginning at 4:00 PM. This meeting will be held by video conference and instructions for viewing are included on the attached agenda, available
here.
Immediately following that meeting and beginning at approximately 4:30 PM, the Mayor and Council will close the public work session to meet in closed session for the purpose of receiving legal advice regarding Board of Zoning Appeals decisions. Authority to close this meeting is provided by Section 3-305 (b) (7) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
ADDITIONALLY, the regular public meeting of the Mayor and Council that would normally be held November 3, 2020, has been rescheduled to November 4, 2020, due to the conflict with Election Day. More information regarding meeting times and agendas for that date will be forthcoming.
