The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will hold an open work session on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Immediately following the work session, beginning at approximately 6:00 p.m., the Mayor and City Council will move from public session into closed executive session to receive legal advice regarding pending liability claims, to receive legal advice regarding several items of proposed legislation, and to discuss a proposal for the development of the East Side School site. Authority to close the session is provided by the Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, Sections 3-305 (b) (4) and (7).
