The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will meet on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in open work session in the second floor conference room of City Hall. The Mayor and City Council will close the open work session for an executive session at approximately 5:30 p.m. to discuss a personnel matter and board/commission appointments, to receive legal advice regarding a pending liability claim, and to receive legal advice regarding proposed legislation, pursuant to Section 3-305 (b) (1) and (7) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland. Beginning at 6:15 p.m., the Mayor and Council will hold their regularly scheduled public meeting in the City Hall Council Chambers.
