The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will meet on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. in open session on the second floor of City Hall for the purpose of immediately closing the meeting for an executive session pursuant to Section 3-305(b)(7) and (8) to consult with staff relative to potential litigation involving two unresolved contract issues and to obtain legal advice regarding provisions of the Open Meetings Act.
