The City of Cumberland would like to notify the public on behalf of CSX Railroad that the Virginia Avenue Underpass from East Industrial Boulevard to Queen Street will be closed to ALL TRAFFIC for the underpass to be painted. The closure will take place on Monday, June 17, 2019 and Tuesday, June 18, 2019 between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. Please use Canal Parkway as an alternate route. Truck traffic is encouraged to avoid the area if possible.
