The City of Cumberland would like to notify the public on behalf of CSX Railroad that the Virginia Avenue Underpass from East Industrial Boulevard to Queen Street will be closed to ALL TRAFFIC for the underpass to be cleaned and pressure washed. The closure will take place on Monday, June 10, 2019 @10:00 pm through Tuesday, June 11, 2019 @ 6:00 am.
Please use Canal Parkway as an alternate route. Truck traffic is encouraged to avoid the area, if possible.
