The City of Cumberland would like to notify the public on the behalf of Columbia Gas of MD, on Thursday May 23, 2019, from 6am to 3pm Bedford Street from Centre Street to Mechanic Street will be closed to ALL TRAFFIC. A Detour route will be in place during this closure. No parking will be allowed in this area of Bedford Street during this closure. Please use alternate parking in the downtown area.
