The City of Cumberland would like to notify the public on behalf of its contractor Belt Paving, Inc that beginning Monday April 1, 2019 continuing until September work will be taking place on Mechanic Street from the Public Safety Building to Howard Street including work on Baltimore Street from Mechanic Street to the Scenic Railroad Crossing. This work will be phased and progress throughout the duration. Work will start in the area of N. Mechanic Street at the Public Safety Building including work on Bedford Street and Frederick Street around the City Hall Area.
