On Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at 5:45 p.m., the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will meet in open public session on the second floor of City Hall for the purpose of immediately closing the meeting for an executive session pursuant to Section 3-305(b) (7), and (8) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland to obtain legal advice regarding matters related to the CSX bridges and to consult with staff regarding the CSX matters.
Beginning at 6:15 p.m., the Mayor and Council will hold their regularly scheduled public meeting in the City Hall Council Chambers. A copy of the agenda is attached.
