On Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at 4:30 p.m., the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will meet in open public meeting on the second floor of City Hall for the purpose of immediately closing the meeting for an executive session pursuant to Section 3-305(b) (7) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland to consult with legal counsel regarding matters related to the CSX bridges.
