Constitution Park is one of the best places in Allegany County, but it is time to plan for future updates. The Constitution Park Trails Plan, a project funded through Cumberland Area Metropolitan Area (CAMPO), which is managed by Allegany County will provide a good plan for the park, and we need your help to make it better.
