On Thursday, April 19, 2018, the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will begin an open session public meeting at 4:00 p.m. on the second floor of City Hall for the purpose of immediately closing the meeting for an executive session pursuant to Sections 3-305(b) (9) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland to discuss issues pertaining to negotiations with the UFCW Local #1994, which represents members of the Cumberland Police Department.
