The City of Cumberland Water Department had an emergency shut down due to a 24" water main break on Baltimore Avenue @ Decatur Street.
The areas affected include North End, West Side, and East Side.
There is also a 6" water main break at the corner of Magruder and Wallace Streets. This leak is also affecting North End.
