On Tuesday, January 30, 2018, the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will convene in open session at 5:00 p.m. on the second floor of City Hall for the purpose of immediately closing the meeting for an executive session pursuant to Sections 3-305(b) (1) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland to discuss the evaluation of the performance and the potential discipline of a particular employee.
