City of Cumberland seeks individuals to serve on the soon to be formed Citizens Advisory Commission on Salaries and Benefits
The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland is seeking letters of interest from local residents who are willing to serve on the soon to be formed Citizens Advisory Commission on Salaries and Benefits, which will be designed to research, compare, evaluate and report on organizational salaries and benefits provided by the City. The Mayor and City Council will endeavor to appoint city residents with work experience and/or professional qualification related to the purpose of the Commission.
Individuals interested in serving on the Citizen Advisory Commission are asked to submit letters by Friday, April 14, 2017, to the Mayor and City Council, Attn: City Clerk, 57 N. Liberty Street, Cumberland, Maryland, 21502, or through email to the City Clerk at margie.woodring@cumberlandmd.gov.
The letters will be reviewed by the Mayor and City Council, who will make the final determination for appointments based upon the information provided and qualifications for the Commission.
