PUBLIC NOTICE:
The scope and time of the closed meeting of the Cumberland Mayor and City Council scheduled for Tuesday, February 7th has been expanded. The meeting will now begin at 5:00 p.m. In addition to the discussion of appointments to a Citizen Advisory Commission on organizational wages and benefits, the Mayor and Council will also meet with legal council to obtain legal advice regarding the proposed terms of an ordinance to create the commission. Authority to close this meeting is provided by Sections 10-508(a) (1) and (7) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
